• Paid mileage for the first time - $0.20/mile
• New wage scale - $9.73 to $10.77 – 2,000 hour steps
• Paid time off – accrued at 1 hour for every 50 hours worked

• New wage scale – 30 cents increase to all steps -- $10.03 to $11.07 – 2,000 hour steps
• Paid time off – accrual rate increased to 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
• New weekend differential - $0.25 per hour in addition to regular wage
