SEIU Healthcare 775NW caregivers and Evergreen have approved our union contract, with raises, shift differentials and a labor-management committee to help solve facility issues.
Some of the highlights include:
Better Wages! We won raises of $0.20/hour for workers with two or less years of experience and raises of $0.30/hour for more experienced employees. These raises are effective August 1, 2007.

Shift DifferentialsWorkers that are regularly scheduled to work a majority of the hours on the 2pm-10pm shift or the 10pm-6am shift will receive a $0.50/hour differential on top of their regular pay.
Wage Reopener Negotiations!Our contract guarantees that every year we go back to the table to negotiate wage increases based on new Medicaid funding we win from the Legislature.
Labor-Management CommitteeUnion members and management representatives will be coming together regularly to discuss important issues in the facility and look for mutually beneficial ways to solve problems.
